ROYAL Navy Commandos 'liberated' an island in Estonia during Nato drills which saw them preparing to fight back against a much-feared Russian invasion. Impressive images show the Royal Marines performing an amphibious workout from a helicopter, as well as storming a beach in Estonia's Kolga Bay.
